For this special Wednesday evening event, we're delighted to welcome lead winemaker Gynore Hendricks of Great Heart – a South African winery committed to ethical and sustainable farming that preserves the natural environment, and 100% employee-owned.

Taste through three of Great Heart's wines, and enjoy a special cocktail made with Caperitif (a portmanteau combining Cape and aperitif), an aromatized wine infused with locally sourced South African fruits, herbs, spices, and other botanicals.
